Y2KAM

What is this

Y2KAM is a digital camera photobooth for your phone. Take 6 shots and get a stylized board with vintage camera overlays, filters, stickers, and timestamp options.

How it works

1. 01Allow camera access and capture 6 photos (3-second countdown each).
2. 02Edit the board: tap frames to cycle filters, add/drag/pinch stickers, and toggle background, bloom, and timestamp.
3. 03Download image presets: 9:16, 4:5, or 4:3.
4. 04Your current board edits stay in session while you continue.

GIF mode

1. 01Tap GIF to start rendering.
2. 02When done, the action changes to Save GIF. Tap again to download.
3. 03If you edit the board after rendering, the GIF button changes to Update GIF. Tap it to re-render, then save again.
4. 04Use Play GIF and Scanlines to preview the result.

Y2KAM wall

1. 01On the result screen, tap Pin to Wall to post your photo.
2. 02Your image is copied from your private photo path to the public wall feed for sharing.
3. 03Visit Wall to browse posts and remove your own post anytime.

Add to Home Screen

1. iOSIn Safari, tap Share then Add to Home Screen.
2. AndroidIn Chrome, open the 3-dot menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app.

Rarity drops

Every session rolls a rarity that changes board styling.

1. 90%CommonStandard board and camera treatment.
2. 9%RareOne slot gets a warm cream tint and gold shadow.
3. 1%UltraPearl board with iridescent wash and center glow.

Privacy

Capture, editing, and GIF rendering happen locally in your browser. Photos are uploaded only when you choose features that require it, like posting to Wall (and future print ordering).
